SATURDAY, JUNE 28TH, 2014
This will be our biggest, best, and last annual summer picnic AND for this very special reason, this last event is the one, not to be missed!
As always this event will be held rain or shine, beginning at 3pm with a potluck dinner served around 5pm and fireworks to begin around 8pm.
All guests recieving this website link by personal invitation, are welcome to also invite your friends and family along, and drop in at any time during the event - or even sleep over!.. There will be plenty of fun for everyone!
In the spirit of the "pot luck" each guest-group is kindly requested to bring a favorite ready-serve dish / dessert / entree / grilling item / or cold salad, in a disposable serving container, to share.
Please be sure to plan on a full evening of family-oriented fun for all ages inlcuding: Great company, Poolside Swimming, Favors for Little Ones, Crafting, Playscape, Bounce House, Firework display, Bonfire with Smores, and Overnight Camp Out for those that wish to stay and play longer (or don't want to drive home ;-) ~ This we affectionately refer to as our "Clean up Crew" lol
Also, while an assortment of sunblock, bug spray, guest towels, spigot refreshments such as water/lemonade, an assortment of wine, and some table snacks will be offered to everyone attending, this is a big event so all guests should come with labeled personal items such as swim suits, extra towels, and a small cooler of any alcoholic beverages you'd prefer to have to yourself.
FOR GUESTS PLANNING TO CAMP OUT: In addition to items above, you may want to bring any overnight gear/food needed in your personal labeled cooler and bags. For added convenience, your tents may be set up in advance (while it's light out), and stored on the side of the house by the brick fireplace for safety until after the party/firework display. (please stake them lightly for easy transport to camping area by the shed later).

We do kindly ask for an RSVP to accept or decline by 6/25/14 so that we may provide appropriate amounts for favors/crafts, and coordinate the dishes to expect from each group of guests.
